Just a rant guys....'04 E320
Didn't notice until I got home after my last service, that the passenger side plastic door lock button top piece was broken off. (I did find the piece in the car) No, no kids and I'm the only driver and never touched any of the knobs since I've owned the car. No attempted break in because it's garage kept. A real mystery to me, however, it's only a $3.00 part so no biggie. But, it always seems to be something, small scratches, part on backwards, well you get the idea.

LOL...that's a diy for a doorknob in a house.
I'll probably just glue the piece back on.

Door handle would be the word of choice
...and it did make me laugh. Actually, door handle is what you use to open the car from the outside.
I would have called it door lock button, however door knob is the terminology MB uses in the EPC, when I looked up the PN.
