Tools for camber adjustment

I have a 2009 e320 bluetech. 37000 miles on Conti Touring and on all 4 tires, the inside edge has worn out and lots of thread on the middle main threads and some on the outer edge.
Is there any special tool that needed to do the camber adjustment?

What causing the outer edge to also wear out faster? I thought to be under inflation, but I have noticed on my other cars' tires inflated to the recommended pressure that that occurs.
On my other non-MBZ cars, I've adjusted the camber and the inside is wearing less, but still have the sides wearing faster than the middle even with 5 psi above recommended.

Maybe I have too much negative camber and toe-in? But I don't see the saw-tooth pattern of too much toe-in. It's like underinflation even though I used +5 psi above car's recommended pressure. I try to take corners very easy to conserve the tires. I adjusted the camber, two non-mbz cars using Axis camber bolts, but they're not a stable when above the center of the target range. The toe on the other cars are okay. Caster is little bit out of range.
The special tool question is that there's a life time alignment shop, but they won't likely have special tools. Mostly domestic cars.
