Hi I was wondering what is he best brand of HIDs that you can buy for and 08 e320
No flickering
Good ballast
plug and play
Not to worried about price just want good reliable kit

I have bought my stuff from theretrofitsource and the Morimoto stuff they have is pretty decent quality. The flickering issue is resolved by a capacitor across the wires connecting to the car's harness. This information can be found in the sticky thread on the top of the forums here. Someone was nice enough to make a detailed tutorial of "How-to" install HID kits into our cars and that should be a great resource for you to start with.
If you still have questions come back to this thread and there are tons of people here to help. I know LemonSqueezy and AMGAffalterbach are pretty knowledgeable in the lighting stuff so maybe they'll chime in here.

Ya guys I was just looking for some kit that was going to be all there... Maybe close to an OEM fit. Something where I would have to instal a capacitor plug and play and the cancelers were included. I didn't see much an brand names and was wondering what you all thought
