Debadged my E550 because I like the cleaner look.

I keep thinking it would look better/cleaner without the badge - I just am worried about how much work it is to do and make it look good.

i plastidipped mine black and the emblem and the chrome plate underneath, and all the chrome door moldings handles and everything else chrome on the car....hate chrome LOL.You'll be surprised how different bardges and emblem look in matte black. On a side note,is that a E55 bumper that replaced the stock or you install that defuser and cut out your bumper.I have a 08 e550 with the 2 large oval tips and i have just two little oval cutouts and no defuser that can be replace and I do want to do dual exhaust

Not a fan of de-badged cars, especially when there are SO many E350s rolling around I want to represent the E550's V8 since they are rare around here, but that's my motivation. I definitely think it's cleaner without the badge but also remember if you ever plan to sell the car the buyer may not think the same way.
