Please Help! 2009 Mercedes Benz E350 problems..
Hey guys. I could really use some input on this one since it will be a while before I can get it to the dealer and I am hoping it is something I can fix myself. I made a mistake and tried to jumpstart my mercedes because the battery was completely dead and after doing so the FM/AM/Satellite/Navigation stuff no longer works. I also do not have sound. It's a 2009 Mercedes Benz E350. Thanks for all your help guys.

When I try to use the radio, bluetooth, etc. it says device is unavailable. Could it be as simple as disconnecting and reconnecting the battery or is it something much more serious?

Problem fixed! Pulled out some fuses in the rear to check them and put them back in and started it up and everything was working properly. I'm not sure how pulling those fuses and putting them back in fixed the problem considering I didn't disconnect the battery but it works.

Having trouble getting into the trunk
Having trouble getting into the trunk I dont have the key to open and the switch on the door isn't working and the button on the fob isn't working. Is there another way to get in the trunk?
