Saw this on the way to work this morning. Hope you don't mind... I had to share:








I can't quite explain the motion they made.... they sort of expanded and contracted.... he was going about 85 to 90 MPH.... I was afraid to drive next to it!

where are the brakes?
O they must be those tiny little discs inside the wheel.
I'm guessing this guy failed science class. "Without good brakes a car in motion tends to stay in motion."
