Is it silly that I want this.... badly!

...and been considering swapping out the silver 'n chrome grille for the black 'n chrome version:

I doubt anyone will be making an LED grille for the W211, but maybe someone has some ideas about how to retrofit the currently available grilles with that purdy glowing star. Guess I'll have to swing by the dealer and check out how it's set up.

Not at all. Some love it and some don't. The three-fin replacement is the one for me though.

I saw it once! I does look cool its a soft glowing led.. But i think it's kinda trendy in future it'll look like some sort of neon mod on Honda.

MB had it first, so Honda would be the look alike, and they could never implement it with the flatwire / fiber optic crazy whatever wiring system that I'm sure MB has used ;-)
