2003 E-500 air strut

Hello, Can someone help me with my 2003 E-500. About a month ago I found my car's right rear wheel well sitting about 2-3 inch. lower then the others (sitting overnight). I took it into a dealership and they told me it was the air strut that went bad. I had it replaced. When I got it back from the dealership I still had the same problem. This time the right wheel well was lower by 1-2 inches, compared to the other 3 wheel wells. I took it back to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong. Compressor was working fine, no leaks in the line. I still have same problem. When I raise the car the right wheel well is still 1-1.5 inches lower than the others. Can anyone help. Thanks

The rear has air springs. IF they sold you a strut/shock that won't fix the problem because ride height is controlled by the air spring. IF it were a front a air spring/strut would be the problem. Factory air springs are expensive and the MB procedure requires pulling the differential assy out of the car. If you buy Arontt that dont' have the accumulator they will work but be a tad stiffer than factory can be done without pulling the differential at much lower cost. Think about $4000 total p/l for factory and probably $1000 for Arnott P/L.
