HELP OE tuning issues

Hello so i was driving my 2008 W221 normally all day long and i plugged in OE Tuning OBDII Flashing device Android based and my car would not start and i got all sort of messages!! knowing that i have replaced my battery located under the hood and my battery located behind the rear right passenger seat is 100% ok





service required do not shift gears





ESP Inoperative see Oper. Manual

Thank you for your quick reply i know i posted in the wrong Forum i posted a copy of it in the W221.. I have been calling them all day but no one is picking up the phone after i spoke to Jeremy i believe. He was very cooperative but i have been calling them since 11:30ish am to later on the day PST but no answer.

The problem is i cannot move the vehicle and its wedged in my house. I will try to have an MB tech come over and worse case i will take my chances having a flat bed enter my house. because basically the car is DEAD

Bummer man. Did any instructions come with the flashing kit and what procedure did you folllow in your attempt to flash the ECU? Just trying to get a more complete idea of what you did. The way your post is written, it sounds like you tried to start the car before the flash procedure was completed.

OE Tuning C63 AMG
The battery Voltage dipped low during sign off after the tune had finished writing. We saw battery levels as low as 10.8V. We have requested that a 40A battery charger be used when flashing cars with low battery. Also disconnecting the battery for 3 hours and then attempting to use the flash loader again.

Just received your E-mail an hour ago and i will try again tonight. I was not informed about that while i was on the phone with you guys... not a big deal ... i do have an excellent relationship with my local MB dealer so worse case scenario I will have them reflash the ECU to factory and give you guys a call again.
