I just change my wheels and now my brakes looks cheap, i have the one piston, solid rotor brakes, does the 4 piston calipers fit without any major upgrade??

Anyone, now I have to replace the pads, and I'll like to change pads and rotor, can you help me know what fits my car.

4 piston fixed caliper from 04 E500 Sport is what I installed on my car. It was direct replacement. Disk is bigger, I think 312 mm diameter vs. 280. Also for the rear I used caliper from same car - it is still sliding caliper but it takes vented disk - 300 mm.

The rotors from the E500 sport fit the car without modification. I planned on using those for mine when I need to change the brakes.
