Rare? Can't seem to locate a part anywhere??! 3.27:1 4Matic pinion gear is really really loud and it has very little life left.

Your problem is that you are trying to do the job on the cheap---and by the way who or what changes the ring or pinion by themselves---I sure hope this is not a customer car.

The old set is 210 350 44 39----The current set is 210 350 56 39

PS: your ratio is expressed incorrectly!!

It's my wifes car and I was not planning on repairing the bearing, just replacing the assembly. Still hard to find. Sorry about the ratio submission.
