My car is w211 '03, e270 cdi automatic
The problem is with fan of radiator.
In cold weather -5C/-10C, on cold start, the fan start working with engine(AC on, set on 24C).
I switched off climatronic(ACCoff), fan continue working. When i set temp to 28 or above(and AC is off), than FAN stop working.
The fan stop working also, when i stop whole climate(from button "0")

I changed termostat, nothing changed in fan.
Any ideas?

You have a bad fan controller,which is integrated into the fan---that means you wasted money on a thermostat which was not the problem!!

Is it possible to check this with DAS first? Error codes? Or to monitor some values? Do i have to replace fan, or it is possible to repair that module, or change only the module?
I saw in other posts, that FAN is controlled from engine module and i have to change it.

You are very correct, but why didn't you think of using DAS to find the problem first before rushing out to change an expensive part for no reason!

Always use DAS first and you will save loads of money to buy your girlfriend a hot dog!!

The fan on my car is working on low speed.

Remember the fan satisfies two functions--the need to cool the engine coolant and the need to cool the refrigerant when exceeds a specific bar level!!

On early CDI's I believe the ECU directs the fan accordingly!!
