Few questions :

How long did it take you to install ?
Did you have to drill any holes ?
Was it difficult to align them ?
Is it noticable that they are clamp on's ?
It took me about 20 minutes to install them. The only tool that's needed is a special allen wrench that is included with the kit.

No drilling is required, just slip it on and bolt it on.

There's not much alignment that can be done. The left one seemed to me to be a little off center, but after looking at it closely, I'm pretty sure it's even with the right one.

They're not noticable that they're clamp on's. I heard that the ones from Schatz are easily identified as bolt ons.

I installed the tips last night -- let me ask you ... it appears that from the side of the vehicle, you can see the "ball-joint" pretty clearly which bends down. Is this normal ? I was under the impression that it wouldnt appear to be such a clamp on ?

From the view of your behicle the chrome tip appears to be longer.. perhaps I have a different version... I purchased them from eBay...

From Ebay? Then I'm not sure the ones you have are the same ones I purchased from PP. The manufacturer of mine was GAP. You can see pictures of the box in the beginning of this thread from the person who started this thread. Does your box look the same?

I decided to remove the tips and install a real exhaust system now. I just put my PP chrome tips up on Ebay.
