Have picked up the after purchase side window shades. Might add wood wheel which couldn't get with the appearance package. Thinking about adding DVD and TV viewing to the Nav if feasible or else putting in a screen and player for the back seat passengers (Saw a mounting kit that attaches to the center console of an E in a European publication.) Otherwise my preference was to heavilly option it with factory equipment rather than spend the bucks on mods after.

I personally would think to mod somewhat to enhance the factory look/features/functionality. My short list of mods that I am considering would be rims, TV's, new speakers/sub, exhaust, folding mirrors. Already I'm doing the lights.

I was going to do alot of mods (Brabus bodykit, upgrade suspension, performance mods, etc). but I now I'm thinking of just getting rims for the summer and be done with it and get another Vette (redesigned for '04) in 2005 when the convertible comes out and mod that with go fast parts.

I had my dealer take out all of those UGLY labels and stickers (seat belt warning stuff, Daimler labels, etc)! Does that count?

Otherwise, my car is original. I think they got it right to begin with, and I don't feel any need to fool with it.

Ditto..even though I may add the illuminated door sills down the line, but I'm not sure it is worth $300-$400 to do it...

2010 RRS ; BMW K1200R; 14 E350 ; 14 RRS on order
Got the wheels, and removed the emblems, tinted.
If there is a great bang for the buck performance mod that comes out in the near feature I might do it, but I have my doubts.

Really not?? Please let us know how much and where...

I read something about sticking them on top of the originals and drilling holes to get to the cables... buaaaa

If you have more infos on how to REPLACE the originals and if the cables are already where they have to be to illuminate the other ones... feel free to post here.
