Lowering without airmatic
Can someone please post a good kit or spring & shock combination for cars without airmatic?

How much are the spring and shocks and is it easy to convert back to stock? my car is a lease.

4 wheeled car.
I'm estimating springs to be $250, shocks no more than $400, install $125. $125 to revert back to stock.

Those prices have been found on W202, W124, W210 mostly. Shock prices vary per car models.

Eibach makes good springs. not sure whats out there for shocks but bilstein are quality as mentioned above.

if its lease you may not want to go any futher than springs. and yes, its fairly simple to swap springs/shocks. no permanent modifications are needed.

just checked out bilstein and it doesnt appear they make anything for the w211, yet.

lowering
I put bilstein sport shocks and hr springs and thought it was an enormous improvement in handling and riding. My car is leased and the mercedes guys who did the change in a "midnight requisition" say it's totally reversible. Just keep the old shocks and springs.

springs and shocks
the springs came from hr and I think they handled the bilstein sport shocks also. this was a package for the e420 but hr was putting it on the e55 and it was good.
