E350 4matic lower control arm bushing

E350 4matic lower control arm bushing
Anyone please help..
4matics lower arm have 3 bushings and 1 ball joint.
And 2203309807, this is bushing repair kit. But with this part, there are bushings, just connected to subframe. And NOT include bushing for connection with shock strut.

and it means, if bushing where connected to shock is fail, I have to change lower arm assembly? (Over 600$, and over 800$ in my country..)
