That is a very complex system and most auto audio shops haven't got the FFI on how to diagnose the problem--stop the frustration find an Indy with DAS Xentry or a dealer--get a quick test with details on the fault and post the result---but without that diagnostic step---set the car ablaze.

Where did you purchase the DVD? And what drive did you put it in? And is it an original OEM DVD? Copies don't work in 2009+ models. The good thing is that once it loads, you can just turn around and sell the DVD as it's no longer needed.
