Brembo Brake caliper color?

I am going to purchase a Brembo brake kit (15" for the front) and was wondering what color calipers I should get. My car is Black, so I was thinking the Black calipers with the white "Brembo" lettering, but the salesman said he thought the Red calipers would look more "sporty". What do you guys think? (my wheels are Chrome 19" Foose Lusso's)

i also say red, so people actually know you upgraded your brakes plus they will look good on bigger rims since you can see more, 15" is crazy!

Well, the best price I could get was $3895.00 plus tax.
If anyone can beat that, let me know. Thats for the Brembo 15" rotors & 8 piston calipers. Im checking on a price for rear brakes as well. Im leaning more and more toward red all the time. thanks for the replies!

Are these cross drilled rotors? I think cross drilled rotors with red calipers would be a killer combo.

They come in either cross drilled or slotted.

I ordered my kit today. Got the 8 Piston Red calipers with 15" cross drilled rotors. Will put it on next week and take pictures. What really made me decide to do it was the fact that after I put my new rims on it really opened up the space to see into the rotor/caliper. Those little stock rotors look horrible with 19" rims.

Congratulations gbrandon! Is there anything special you need to do once you have the brakes? For instance, do you need special brake fluid...one with a higher boiling temperature? I hear the Brembo GTs run a lot hotter than OEM. What kind of pads (dot ?) did you get? Do you know how often you need to change the pads (for a "normal" person)?

What about chrome????? I know red looks good but nobody has done chrome. I have been thinking of this for a min and was gonna do black cuz thats my color but i dont ever see anyone with crome. So i think i am gonna test it out. If it doesnt look good, i can always change it.

well its not that easy to paint chrome on a caliper. you will need to find heat resistant caliper paint. and i dont think they make it in chrome.

Do they make rears? I asked about those when I ordered the fronts and they told me the didnt offer a rear kit for the w211.
