help to identify this part causing abnormal sound

hi
i posted before this thread about sound i always hear when turn the key on or when press the 0 button of the A/c

https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...-position.html

at that time i couldn't identify the source of sound, recently i discovered the source it is just comes from under this plastic cover below the dashboard at the right of the steering wheel it is a part of the A/C, i need any help to identify this part (please check the picture) causing this sound and is it accessible or not.

thanks in advance

that picture isn't very helpful as it provides no context of where the item is.
