2004 e320 changing brakes help!
Ill make this short and hopefully i can get some quick help. My e320 benz 2004 has to get the rotors and pads replaced. Ive read that you need to disable the SBC before working it? If so is it easy? I also read you dont have to? And if i disable it do i have to leave the car close at all times and keys away? Also, before working on it do i have to open the brake oil thing so pressure can be release? I thought i knew how to do this job but the whole SBC threw me off and the oil spilling in the caliper or somethin

Plutoes right, I have seen though people disconnecting them at the control module itself and frying the control module (sbc unit). I'm not going to give my personal opinion because it is not safe and plutoe pretty much said my personal opinion... Do you have the original SBC unit in your vehicle or has it been replaced?
