Navi without DVD drive in trunk
Hi,
I have 2008 E200 and it has COMAND with navigation. I want to update maps in it, but (what I've read so far) I need to put update disc into DVD player what should be in trunk. BUT, I don't have any
I've there only fuse box and that's all. When I put update disc into the COMAND, it says Disc cannot be read.
My COMAND has HDD built in.
Please advice me! Thanks

So you say that when I update the firmware then my built-in disc reader (built-in COMAND) will be able to read DVDs? I tried audio CD and thats not a problem.
...or is there any other place where navigation DVD reader could be (other than trunk) located?
