Replacing My headlights
Hey there,
I bought the oem hella headlights for my 05 W211 e320 CDI and I am replacig them since I am tired to clean and polish and they always come back to the fog and dull
My question is do I have to tune up or make any adjustments to have the beam light set up properly or it is what is is, I replace and the light beam is already there in place...
I hope someone mre experience than me would help me on that
Thanks in advanced!

I'm sure you could use a garage door or some time of wall to adjust you lights. You may or may not have to adjust them. Best thing you could do is go somewhere where you can get a clear beam pattern and adjust them accordingly...

After installing your headlights go to a wall / garage at a level place and stay perpendicular to it at around 25 feet away. Turn on your headlights and take a photo of the beam pattern (and post it here ). Also measure the horizontal cut off height from the ground. It should be around 2" less than the actual height of your headlight/ bulb from the ground. If not then make necessary adjustments on the headlight adjusting screws till you get everything right. Now you should be good to go.
