Head bolt torque for M272

Hi, I have a 2006 W211, M272 engine. I had to replace the balance shaft and when re-assembling I accidentally pinched the left cylinder head gasket. I am replacing the gasket and am hoping someone can tell me the torque specs for the head bolts. Thanks in advance.

Is that really the correct figures? I have torqued my bolts to 50 nm now but I have not dared to torque the bolts 180 degrees more. Would the bolts really stand being stretched so much?
And the smaller bolts that go to the timing chain cover, what is the torque value for those?

I followed this procedure more than 2 years ago when I replaced my balance shaft and have had no issue. The timing chain cover was much lower torque but I do not remember the value.

Thanks for the reply.
I will go ahead then and continue assembly of the engine.
Best regards.

Sorry as I could have given you a tip. I bought 3x5” copper shims and the cover slid on nicely without pinching the gasket
