gearbox numbers??
i am thinking to purchase a used gearbox,or i will overhaul my old one,my gearbox numbers are r2202711901,do i need to purchase a gearbox with the same numbers, or can i use some other, what is the difference on them??
its a w211 220cdi 2008
on the machined plate it says:221 27 06301 7226400 722 (8) 591 the numer (8) can be 6 or 3 it was a little damage there
