I need step-by-step procedure for replacing tailgate struts on my 2006 E350 4matic wagon. My mechanic/friend can't find enough info to help. Also, need step-by-step info for replacing broken latch/handle in the floor of the wagon for lifting the seat portion of the 3rd Row Seat. I have all the parts - can't find concrete processes for doing the repairs. Thx!

The other way is to buy a copy of WIS (workshop information system) DVD on eBay, they're around $10.

Can you post instructions on how to replace the outer tailgate struts that don't have the power lines? I have four struts, the inner ones have some kind of power cores hooked to them. I need to replace the outer one that don't don't have cords. I can see fluid on them.

Help with installing transmission line
Please help!! So my driveshaft broke while driving, when it did it took out transmission line on right side of transmission, the line with the banjo bolt. Goes from mid transmission forward, connecting to another line that leads into cooler, I was able to get mangled line out, I have the new line but for the life of me cannot figure out how to get it back in. The part number for the line is, Mercedes-Benz A2112703496 Automatic transmission oil cooling pipe, right side. I've been at it for two weeks almost with no luck at all.. Nothing on Google whatsoever and mercedes will not talk to me at all about it, they just want $5000 to fix the car, I can do it myself, it's just that line whooping me, please help???
