problems pressing subframe bushings
how do i press out those bushings,to the arm,that holds the shocks?
are there any press kit that i can purchase??
and how do i let out the air from the shocks?
its bushing nr 20 i have problems to remove

Is that bushing in a arm? May be cheaper just to replace the entire arm. . . people typically just replace it. never tried only replacing the bushing.
there should be a 3-way line fitting/adapter right behind your subframe, most rearward point. 10mm wrench should get them loose. Break them loose and you'll began to hear air seap out of bags/system.
The lines have colors on them. red green and yellow if i'm not mistaken. may vary vehicle to vehicle. make sure you don't re-install them in the correct port.

no thats the bushing that is stuck in the rear subframe, that the a-arms i supposed to bolt on with.
the a-arm bushings is easy, i have swapped all of them,but this bushing was not straight,and i dont know why.
