its really up to you and how you want your wagon, sporty, or not so sporty....its all personal, the e320 has more convenience options, but the bmw is sportier, and i think it cost less..

I have driven the BMWs and they are fine but... They may handle better than a Mercedes but there is a different feeling in the cabin that I don't like. I really don't like the orange lit dash at night.

The best of all worlds will be to have BMW's performance and handling, exterior and interior of an MB, and simplicity and quality of a Lexus. Unfortunately, we don't have that choice today. Perhaps in 4 years things would be different.
