2005 E320
New Stereo
I have a 2005 E320 base sedan. We inherited it. It is missing the Navigation DVD, the single CD does not work, there is no phone installed. My question: Is it more cost effective and ultimately more functional to purchase a Navigation DVD and have the phone installed or install a replacement head unit? If it is the second are there any recommendations as to the replacement unit?

navigation cd will cost you under US$50 or you can just burn it and itll cost you .50 for the cd. that is assuming you have nav in your car of course.
for the phone, is there a dock on your center arm rest for it? if there is, buy a Visseo 1000 and connect your iphone via bluetooth.
if you want to change the HU with a 2 din stereo with nav, you can. theres a few members here who has done it so try to do a search via google and it'll point you to the right thread.
you also might wanna upload a photo of your HU for members to better understand your situation. goodluck mate!
