flapping drive drive belt

When you take belt off, you can try 'off vehicle' method too.
Are you sure belt i routed right? Im not sure if all models can be routed wrong, but some can and I remember reading one case where belt was sliding heavily when it was not properly in its place.

Could be a bad spring in the tensioner. Nothing says you cannot purchase a tensioner defective from the factory.
"* Excessive movement or rocking of the tensioner pulley, or "belt flutter" when the engine is running. This means the spring inside the tensioner is weak and/or the bushing is worn. The tensioner needs to be replaced."

i have now overhauled the alternator, and changed all idler wheels, and i tryed to remove the serpentine belt, and the sound is still there, and when its cold its even more sound, could it be the chain tensioner??.
i will upload a new move with sound in an hour or so, the car works perfect now, its just this sound left, i hope its not the timing chain that i need to change, the km on the car is now 430,000
