P-B-07.00/28 – Lack of power full acceleration & mid range and hesitation caused by “two-footed” driver.
S-B-54.21/101 – (?) Dealer performed ECM (engine control module) update in checking for software updates on 12/3/03.
P-B-07.00/28e – Lack of power full acceleration and mid range and hesitation.

Had all but P-B-42.10/33 performed.

First I suggest you check the tire pressures all around and set to MBUSA recommended pressures. If this doesn't work return to your dealer and request a road test with their shop foreman. Unlikely, but if the shop foreman tells you that all is within spec and "normal", request that that the MBUSA area rep be brought in. By the way, mine worked just fine - first time around, perfectly straight.

thanks, i've checked the tires many times, and my service maanger told me he'd have someone take me out on a test drive, but I have been too busy to do this, they really should've gotten it right the first time

I was just told that since my car has over 12,000 miles, replacing the brake rotors falls under the responsibility of the owner. Can anyone confirm this? Even though this is a service bulletin because my wheel vibrates and the rotors need to get replaced.
