DIY Comand APS
Any instructions on fixing a Comand APS 2199001100. The CD changes is stuck and radio takes about 2 minutes to boot up. After the initial boot up, the screen goes to the NAVI's map. The CD's unit is built into the Comand unit.
Any easy tricks such as spraying cleaning into the cd slot?

The CD showed disk in 3, 4, and 5. One very scratched disk came out after a few peeks. Disk only when out about 1 mm before going back in. Once it when out about 5 mm it was free at last! CD still shows disk 3, 4 and 5 in CD after one disk was ejected. Radio to turn on is shorter now. Just over one minute instead of 2 minutes. The CD slot view is obstructed by fuzzy material and is only about 3 mm tall. I don't have a bore scope small enough for such a narrow slot.
The radio takes about a minute to turn-off after the engine is stopped! And CD cycles when the door is opened.
