Help: Check Coolant Level (Already replaced coolant sensor)

The check coolant level on my W211 E550 has been going off for a few months now. I just replaced the check coolant sensor on the bottom of the reservoir and also did a complete coolant flush today but the check coolant level error is still on my dash.

Anyone else have this problem or suggestions?

Have you tried erasing the fault codes?
Coolant switch is wired directly to your washer fluid level switch. They are spliced into the same ground and wired directly to your driver side SAM, connector M4, pins 6 and 5...

I tried pulling the battery and that didn't work. Plugged in an ODB device and scanned for codes and there was nothing stored.

I will try to refill the washer fluid but I someone said it shouldn't affect the 07 E550 as they updated the wiring?

Most likely it's the coolant reservoir its self. I've seen this on a couple cars.

Please share your solution.

Brought it to the dealer and they replaced the coolant tank and that fixed the issue.

I am having this same issue. I have replaced the coolant sensor, topped off coolant and washer fluid. The prior owner recently replaced the coolant tank, I think the old one was cracked. Has anyone had to replace the washer fluid sensor? I have not tried to clear any fault codes, Is there a way to do so without STAR or scan tool? TIA, Mike

Electric cooling fan for A/C condensor & radiator can trigger that message in I.C.also Mine did it intermitently when I drove out west into 19 F temperatures. Fan apparently froze solid until engine thawed it out then began working correctly.

HI, Exotic-metal55's first post photo links had already expired. If he is able to repost those photos will be very helpful.

I am in the final stages of this project now and I’m confused. Are the spark plug wires supposed to lock or clamp to the new Plugs? Mine are springing back up slightly when pushed down. It appears the only thing that will be holding down the plug wires aee the bolted down coils? Is this correct or am I doing something wrong? I’m used to plug wires firmly snapping onto the plugs and none of mine are doing this?
