NE1 try Philips Silver Vision bulbs?
These replace the front turn signal bulbs with ones of the same size and wattage. However they have a chrome appearance when not illuminated and remove any hint of amber within the front light clusters. When illuminated they look just like the standard amber bulbs.
Highly recommended if you're into this sort of thing!

I totally agree with you! I actually bought a pair of amber bulbs for $3 and spray painted it with a light coat of chrome paint I had laying around my garage. Now when I look at my car head on, I no longer see that egg yolk look in my headlights. (I have pics of my car, but can't figure out how to post it in here. Could someone help?) It's a cheap mod and has an inconspicuous look.
