Question HELP! how to turn OFF ESP completely !?

I press and hold the ESP button for approx 10sec until the triangle lamp turn off so the ESP should turn off completely right? when I start the drag race with my friend after flooring the gas pedal the tire spin heavily(I use 20" rims) and the ESP lamp r blinking like hell again. HOW to turn off this thing completely ?otherwise the ESP will slow down the car by applying rear brakes when 'no traction' is detected. thnx.

push the button on the dash to disable ESP. ASR cannot be defeated. the 10 second hold is a myth.

yea, there is really no way to turn it off...the most you can do is turning it off partially by pressing the button. gl

or prolly pull the ESP/ASR fuse :p but I wouldn't recommend that.

There is no way to fully turn off traction control. ASR is always going to be there to stop wheel spin even if ESP is turned off.

A bit late but

Not true. In service mode enable "Dyno mode". It disables every safety feature including ASR, ABS and SRS.

Well yeah, but that could happen anytime. But if they're DEAD, they won't be telling us.
