E class w211 won't go over 2000 rpm
Hi guys,
I've been having problems with my E class 2004.
When I turn it on after a while, it won't go over 2000 rpm and it is a lot slower getting there. That goes on for about 5 to 10 minutes and then it's back to normal. But if I turn it off and back on it's back to normal right away. Also, while thats happening, a big amount of black smoke is coming out of the exhaust and you can feel that the car has almost no power. When the power is back to normal it still produces a little bit of smoke, but not as close as in the begining while the problem is happening.
Does anybody have any ideas on what could it be?
Cheers!

Out Of Control!!
If you have any Austrian watchmaking genes and the technical documentation you will fix\repair the issue in 3 to 4 weeks, but if you are like the most of us you will first go to a reliable mechanic have him scan the car and corroborate our suggestion-----then if you are mechanically inclined he will provide you with the correct part number which you can try to acquire on the web and then spend a weekend installing!!
