I get the Mann filters from Amazon and will be using a fumoto valve. Have one on every vehicle we have. I am taking the one off our CLK and putting it on the E class to make oil changes super easy. Simply turn the valve and the oil comes out. Change the filer. Close valve and boom, fill up. Done.

I picked one up from Pepboys last year when they were running their black friday sale, $20 for a 5 quart jug of Castrol 0w40 and a purolator filter. Hope they do it again this year. Now I regret not getting more when rockauto had them on clearance at $2.20. They have some paper filters on clearance now but I think they're only good for about 5k. A few other ones are no name brands so I'm not sure what they're made out of.

One more proof that in USA we don't pay for what the items is worth, but for the name on the package.
