John..... Remember these lights only move left and right a reported 15 degrees max..... You do not need to find a dark twisty raod to see if their working... If you travel, say about 10 mph on a straight road and qiuckly turn the wheel sharply back and forth in each direction you will indeed see these lights track... It helps to focus on the center of the light (brightest part) on the ground to see this motion easier....
