E350
EIS or Possible steering locked issue on E350
My 2009 E350 won't start, the lights come on but it won't crank or move out of park. Had it towed to Chandler AZ dealership. It's been 2 days, they don't know if it is the EIS , steering locked or any other issue. After giving them the second key it didn't solve the problem. Any one else had this problem or what the solution could be.
