'05 CDI options and packages?

I went to the dealer to order the new CDI. Many of my favorite options were not listed on Netstar: 4-zone climate control, heated steering wheel, solar panels, appearance package and comfort package!!

What's up? I emailed MBUSA a week ago, and they have not responded yet. These are PAID options. Why would they not be available. They only increase their profit margins by those of us stupid enough to order them.

How does the keyless go feature work with a diesel? Doesn't the preheat function have to be completed before ignition?

Is the Panorama roof available on the CDI? Seems odd that only the panorama roof would be offered without also the solar panels being listed.

Sounds like MBUSA is playing the retro card with the diesel. With the options available (or lack thereof) I am surprised that it comes in any other color than black.
