Anyone using the MB roof rack? And if so...
are you using it for bikes, ski, or carrier? I'm looking primarily to use it for skiing, I have fold down rear seats but not the ski pass-thru. Maybe it could be added? thanks!

I had a Mercedes rack on my W210 for my bike. As it is a custom fit rack it was very solid. Only problem was wind noise. However, I understand the racks for the W211 bolt onto the top railing so wind noise may be reduced since the brackets won't come so close to the door frame.
If you are going to get a rack, I would highly recommend the MB one. I also had a Yakima rack and while it was a good quality rack, the fit wasn't as good and it was harder to install. Wind noise was much reduced as I had a fairing attached to it.
