AC works + HEAT doesnt = HCV?

AC works + HEAT doesnt = HCV?
Got a low coolant warning once but hasn't come back on. Looked at coolant tank and it wasn't that low. Didn't refill yet.
Heater is blowing cold AC air. Heater worked fine a week ago. AC is fine.
Played with ACoff button and temp/AUTO but still heat wont work.
Just want opinions confirming its most likely heater control valve.
