I had the brake disc's on my '09 E350 measured yesterday, and the average measures are Front = 30.47mm, Rears = 20.83mm.


Since these are the original discs and now have 97K miles on them, I probably should have some plans for replacement. But what are the safe minimum measurements?


FWIW, the original pads were replaced at 62K.

Minimum front is 30mm, rear is 19.4. It's time for new rotors front and rear.
