R350 2007 and C300 2012
battery indicator
I have an R350 2007, the battery light indicator turn on but disappear after driving the car for an hour or more. The indicator will turn on again the next day. Do I need to replace the main or the auxiliary battery?

Alternators are the same on E, so nothing wrong with hearing from this class owners.
What is the mileage?
Usually guess your Voltage Regulator needs replacement, but monitoring car voltage during driving would answer some questions.

Yep, that's a good time to think about new alternator brushes aka VR
No guarantee you don't have other problems, but brushes on their last legs is not something you want to leave alone.
