Bluetooth "Code Missing"

Bluetooth "Code Missing"
Hey guys,
My old man has an 2005 E320 Sport (W211),We are having issues with Bluetooth.
We have one of those 12V bluetooth adapters plugged into the cigarette lighter with USB ports (1 port is able to read from a USB and play MP3 files)
and the car does indeed have the Bluetooth module fitted in the center console.
Now,The bluetooth is picking up everything,Its connecting thats the issue all it gives us is "Code missing"
I have tried so far
62872 (as mentioned on the internet)
1234
0000
None of these codes have worked,How can we reset the code?
There is absolutely nothing of help in the manual for this.
