Quick inquiry about accelerating.
Greetings!
In slightly cold weather, like 5 degrees celcius and below, when I start the car and put it into drive, as the gear is about to shift to 2nd, it just stops reacting completely and the rpm goes down, the gas pedal doesnt react at all for about 3-5 seconds, then again it works and again about to shift then goes down on the rpm and gas pedal doesn't react. This happens about 5 times then finally once it shifts out of 1st gear it works normally from there on.
However with warmer weather I do not have this problem.
It's a 2003 E320.

Well, I'n not in winter but my transmission is faulty, mechanic says something about the seals being worn out and he has to replace em. When my car is cold the tranny acts as you are stating, after a couple of minutes I need to shut the car of and the back on, then it acts normal.
