Car need help for MOT...
My fathers w211 problem is:
When you switch high beams on it only flashes the lights and switch low beam back.There is at the same time some movement inside, is there some thing which switch bulb low and high.
Is anyone had have some same problems and hope you undestand something my bad english skills.
Bulb is same low/high (is it then not normal, not bi-model).

Try turning the headlight switch all the way right (ON) position and push the highbeam stalk (turn signal stalk) towards the front of the car.
Does it work?
Also, if your headlight switch is in AUTO position, I don't think highbeams work, I will try when I get home from work tonight.
