Can anyone recommend a good online service manual for my 2004 E320 4-matic, I have front end parts and CV axles to change and I require clear and plain instructions to get the job done.

Ball Joint, Tie Rod End, Sway Bar outer mount, Bottom Strut Bolt. You will need a strong spring compressor to compress the spring to raise the strut tower high enough to have the room to remove the axel shaft. It is actually a very big job.
I just did it on my 02 e320 4matic.

just buy the CD rom on Ebay for W211 for future use? they aren't that much.
