Out Of Control!!
You can make the changes ,however because your car is wired differently the new seats and steering wheel will not have all the functions.---look for a new car!

I'm not a fan of people doing the AMG body pieces on a non-AMG car, but if they keep the factory emblems it's not a big deal. Just don't try to pass off your non-AMG as a real AMG.
Honestly, doing the seats bothers me more than people doing the bumpers.

God forbid an unwashed peasant tries to enter the Olympus mountain of the AMG gods through unauthentic deceit. Good thing some of the gods are vigilant and the perpetrator has been scooped before he even started. He must be thrown back to the leper colony.
Do you, angry people, know that there may be MB enthusiasts out there that can barely afford an MB let alone an AMG? Mounting 22" bling rims is OK but using MB (used on AMG) parts is not OK.
Tudor from Chisinau made it possible to get a 10 year old car with what is possibly the smallest engine for W211.
Tudor, you can do anything (almost)you want to your car. If you find AMG seats and they are in good shape, yes you can mount them. There may be some features that need coding or just won't work but yes. If an AMG bumper or badge makes you feel good put it on. The world's opinion is just that.
Any help you need, write on the forum, there are other people that would be glad to jump in. Also use the search feature, there is a huge amount of information about AMG conversions.
BTW I'm from Iasi.

I don't see any issues with putting seats in from an AMG into our car. Those seats are notably better and more comfy right?
It's like the dudes bolting on STi seats/parts in their wrx's. I know they don't have an STi, but I do. If they want the seats more power to them, it takes absolutely nothing away from my STi.
I installed e55 calipers on our w211 sport. It came from the factory with AMG body panels and wheels. I know it's not an AMG nor am I trying to pass it off as one, clearly it doesn't make the noise/power of an AMG..lol I couldn't stand the horrendous gap/space that was there with factory 18" amg wheels and the sport calipers. It looked so silly. Now it looks great. I'm sure people walk by thinking it's an e63 then get pissed when they see it's not? I'm not about impressing people I don't know... I do mods for the satisfaction of myself.
As long as you aren't sticking amg badges everywhere then do what you want. Don't try to pass off the car as something it's not but in my opinion seats are more of a comfort thing than performance/posing.
