2005 e320 Cranks but does Not Start. Help??
I have 05 e320 wagon 4matic (w211). I have unresolved no start issue. Replaced the CPS about two months ago (DIY) and everything worked fine until last Friday. While driving (my wife) the car it suddenly lost power/turn off. Did a restart and it started fine, but had limited power, just enough limp into a parking lot. Had the car towed to a shop, they tried two different CPS's still got a no start. I suggested to check the fuel system.. and it turn out that was not getting in pressure or fuel from pump... replaced the pump and filter... now getting pressure, but still a no start. They checked all of fuel relay and fuses as well no issue found. The only error (code) that comes now is CPS... they are going to try another CPS .. now that fuel pump is in.. but I'm doubtful this will work... is their something need to reset the ECU when adding new sensors? They checked all of fuses and tried new fuel relay. They checked the Camshaft Sensor and it is not producing they any errors ... Any other ideas or recommendations to dignose? What other sensors would cause and No Start that are worth checking? Trying to avoid going to the dealer.
