Bluetooth adapter


Hello
this is my w211 (E350 2007) US market I found this place in the center console I think Its for OEM Bluetooth adapter
the question is can I use it for Bluetooth and how I know Its work anyone have tried this any ideas ?

Yeah, it's been covered lots of times. You're basically looking for the B67876131 which is the bluetooth puck, that's the 3rd gen. The 2nd gen will also work and it's the silver one, the brown one is the 3rd gen. The 3rd gen seems to have less trouble than the 2nd, but the 2nd should still work. Basically it's only for voice calls and cost anywhere from $100-$150 on eBay. For music, you'd either have to get a separate adapter for your ipod cable in the glove box or use an ipod.

There's an Ipod cable and a standard AUX input in the glovebox. The Ipod one is hooked up to the stereo from the factory. If you want to use the AUX input you have to pull the deck and swap the cables on the back of it. It's an easy job and doesn't take long.

I just plug my phone into the AUX input and use it to run Spotify through the stereo. It works great.
